...Good question about the number of consultations.<br /><br />Most of the time, the people required to advise the high-level committees (eg the Cross Jurisdictional Chief Information Officers' Committee and the Online & Communication Council) on matters like Accessibility and Usability Standards don't have much current operational experience.
